Suki Live Action

My seven-year old daughter is all Avatar, all Day. (We're all Avatar freaks.) Last year, it was a Katara costume. This year, for the Jewish holiday of Purim, I promised her a Suki costume. Lots and lots and lots of accessories later, it looks like this. Obviously, I didn't finish all the insignia's etc. but she was pretty pleased with it. She ran about 6 blocks on a hot day to the Purim festival. We learned a few things about Suki. 1) Her white face makeup must be sweat-proof. 2) Her hakama probably falls down a lot. 3) She must travel with a whole company of tailors, armorers and hair stylists. 4) She probably would have defeated Azula if her headdress didn't keep falling over her eyes. 5) Of what military value exactly are those fans? But no one has style like Suki and we love, love, love her.
